I wasn’t there but from any imagination, 4-4 must’ve been quite the game. From 3-1 up we were pegged back to 4-4 with Albion deserving of a point. 2 goals from Dan Henery on his 2021/22 season debut and Pete with another brace, one a pen and one of which described as ‘the best Rovers goal I've ever seen’ by Tim Louis. It may have been my anniversary, a first child free night for 3 years and a visit to watch the new Bond (I’m a bit of a statto when it come to James Bond,) but I’d have given it all up to see that goal. Well played Pete.
MOM 2 assists from James Lambert, mentions in dispatches for Pete for the aforementioned GOAT but G and Dan Henery shared the MOM spoils.

We always manage to contrive to lose to these in ridiculous circumstances. The standard script is, a calamitous goal to go behind, we then power in front before collapsing like Paul Merson in a bookies with his rent money. We’ve had a few draws now so it’s time to get some wins. Still a finely poised league so let’s aim for the top.
