Football, you cruel mistress. We absolutely bossed the first 20 mins of this game, deservedly went 3-0 up then through poor defending and a large dose of hard luck (contentious pen against us, a missed pen from us at 3-3 and a soft winner) stopped doing the things that got us in front and contrived to lose 4-3 having finished the 1st half at 3-2.
Ball over the top saw Seb 1 on 1 with the keeper and he scooped it over him from the edge of the box for a lead inside 80 seconds. 1-0
A headed through ball from Wright set Seb away on the right hand side of the box. He crossed for Nicou who passed it in. 2-0
A ball over the top by Wright saw Sharpy race through and get to the ball before the keeper and put the ball into the net. 3-0
A free kick was incorrectly given and the ball was crossed into the box for AFC Putney to head into the net. 3-1
A ball is hammered at Danny Cain at close range for a hotly disputed pen. The pen is tucked home. 3-2
Another freekick into the box is headed in just after half time. 3-3
The ball isn’t cleared from the edge of the box and a shot comes in and dribbles in at the far post. 4-3

We have to learn to see how games when in this position. We have done it far too many times this season. Sunday is another day. Let’s start there.

Clapham Rovers VS Parklife. Ruwengay, omerta, revenge is the key here. We somehow contrived to lose to these earlier in the season in a crazy game. This is must win game. We have the ability so let’s do it.
